Infección por Helicobacter pylori

El tratamiento debe ser por 7 días. Continúe con el IBP una vez al día después del curso.

Amoxicilina 1000mg po bd durante 7 días

PLUS Claritromicina 500mg po bd durante 7 días

PLUS Lansoprazol 30mg po bd durante 7 días, luego reducir a 30mg po od a partir de entonces

Segunda línea / Alternativa

Claritromicina 500mg po bd durante 7 días

PLUS Metronidazol 400mg po bd durante 7 días

PLUS Lansoprazol 30mg po bd durante 7 días, luego reducir a 30mg po od a partir de entonces
